A: No returns or exchanges because each one is made by order. You do however have 24 hours to cancel your order from the moment you pay.

Q: How do I clean my rug?

A: You can use a vacuum on a low setting (please do so without any brush attachments as it may weaken the piece).

Q: Are the rugs pre-made?

A: No, each rug is made to order uniquely for you!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!

Q: Will the rugs look exactly like the ones in the photos?

A: Each rug may vary slightly in size and shape. Actual colors may vary due to different monitors displaying colors differently.
